HIGH CLOUDS SPREAD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THIS
MORNING OUT AHEAD OF A SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM MINNESOTA. LOWS
THIS MORNING RANGED FROM THE UPPER 30S IN THE VALLEYS TO THE MID
40S AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS. BY THE LATE MORNING...TEMPERATURES HAD
RISEN INTO THE MID 50S WITH A LIGHT AND VARIABLE WIND.

MID TO HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS WILL STREAM OVERHEAD TODAY WITH PERHAPS A
STRAY SPRINKLE OVER EASTERN MINNESOTA. HIGHS THIS AFTERNOON WILL
TOP OUT IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOW 70S WHILE LOWS TONIGHT WILL FALL
INTO UPPER 30S NORTH TO MID 40S SOUTH UNDER CLEARING SKIES.
SEASONABLY WARM AND MOSTLY DRY WEATHER WILL BE THE STORY FOR
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WITH SIMILAR HIGHS COMPARED TO TODAY. THERE
WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN ON WEDNESDAY. A WARMER AND WETTER PATTERN SETS
IN ON FRIDAY. HIGHS WILL RISE INTO THE 70S FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
WITH PERIODIC CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS REGION WIDE.
