IT WAS A MILD AFTERNOON ACROSS IOWA WITH SUNNY SKIES AND NORTHEAST
WINDS OT 10 TO 15 MPH. HIGHS WERE MAINLY IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER
60S ACROSS THE STATE WITH A FEW LOCATIONS IN THE LOWER 70S OVER
FAR WESTERN IOWA.

HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS ANCHORED IN ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST TODAY.
THE HIGH WILL CREATE DRY CONDITIONS AND MILD TEMPERATURES THIS
WEEK ACROSS THE REGION. A SLOW WARMING TREND WILL TAKE PLACE WITH
HIGHS GRADUALLY REACHING THE UPPER 70S BY THE WEEKEND. CLOUDS
WILL INCREASE ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING BUT NO RAIN IS
EXPECTED. OUR NEXT WEATHER SYSTEM WILL NOT ARRIVE UNTIL FRIDAY AND
PERSIST INTO THE WEEKEND...BRINGING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS.
