THROUGH LATE MORNING. THE WHOLE AREA OF RAIN WILL SLOWLY SPREAD
EAST DURING THE DAY AS AN UPPER LOW SLOWLY MOVES EAST. LOCALIZED
RAINFALL TOTALS FROM A FEW HUNDRETHS TO OVER 1/10 OF AN INCH ARE
POSSIBLE.

OTHERWISE...BRISK...CLOUDY AND COOL CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE WITH
