SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE IN AREAS MAINLY NORTH OF
THE I-20 CORRIDOR OVERNIGHT. HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS...AND
FREQUENT CLOUD-TO-GROUND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE PRIMARY HAZARDS
WITH THE STORMS. HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL EXCEED 1/2 INCH
UNDER THE HEAVIER DOWNPOURS. THE ACTIVITY WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT
EAST OVERNIGHT.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT WILL ALSO AFFECT PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL TEXAS...WHERE HEAVY RAIN MAY RESULT IN SOME FLOODING
ISSUES. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE CAUTION IF VENTURING OUT
TONIGHT. REDUCE SPEED ON SLICK ROADS AND IN AREAS OF REDUCED
VISIBILITY. AVOID AREAS THAT TEND TO FLOOD READILY...AND TAKE
ALTERNATE ROUTES.
