IS ENCOUNTERED. AREAS OF FOG AND DRIZZLE WILL LIKELY DISSIPATE BY
NOON.

OTHERWISE...SKIES SHOULD REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY ACROSS MUCH OF NORTH
AND CENTRAL TEXAS WITH NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS. TEMPERATURES WILL
REMAIN COOL WITH READINGS 50S AND 60S THROUGH NOON.
