IN NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON IN AREAS
WHERE FUELS REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR LARGE FIRE GROWTH.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY...PRIMARILY WEST
OF A LINE FROM LEXINGTON NEBRASKA TO PLAINVILLE KANSAS.
THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE FRIDAY...FROM NEBRASKA HIGHWAY
136 DOWN INTO NORTH-CENTRAL KANSAS.
