THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT...THUNDERSTORMS RETURN TO THE FORECAST
ACROSS THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA. A FEW OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY
BE ON THE STRONG SIDE...MAINLY WEST OF AN ELWOOD NEBRASKA TO
PLAINVILLE KANSAS LINE. THE PRIMARY HAZARDS WITH ANY STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS WOULD BE HAIL NEAR THE SIZE OF NICKELS AND WIND
GUSTS NEAR 50 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF THE FORECAST AREA IN
THE THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY TIME FRAME. A FEW OF THE
THUNDERSTORMS ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MAY BECOME STRONG TO EVEN
SEVERE. THE BEST CHANCE FOR A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL PRIMARILY
BE SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 6 WITH THE MAIN THREATS BEING LARGE HAIL AND
DAMAGING WIND.
