* WINDS...WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. SOUTH TO
  SOUTHEAST WINDS WITH SPEEDS BETWEEN 20 TO 25 MPH AND GUSTS
  GENERALLY 25 TO 30 MPH ARE FORECAST THIS AFTERNOON.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...VALUES ARE FORECAST TO FALL INTO THE 15 TO
