  FORECAST AREA.

* WIND...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH...
  DIMINISHING THIS EVENING. SOUTHWEST WINDS FROM 20 TO 30 MPH
  WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH REDEVELOP BY MIDDAY THURSDAY AND WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING.
