FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO, HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER
SYNOPSIS.

MOISTURE AND ENERGY ASSOCIATED WITH LOW PRESSURE SPINNING OVER
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WEDNESDAY MORNING, ALONG WITH AFTERNOON HEATING,
WILL PROVIDE FOR MAINLY AFTERNOON AND EVENING, ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL
REMAIN NEAR TO ABOVE SEASONAL WITH THIS MILD SYSTEM.

PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL INCREASE ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION FOR
THE WEEKEND, AS A STRONGER AND COLDER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DROPS OUT
OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST.
