* LOCATIONS INCLUDE THE CITY OF...MONTICELLO AND VICINITY.

* TIMING...PERIODS OF SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL ACCUMULATE OVER
  THE LA SAL AND ABAJO MOUNTAINS AS WELL AS THE ADJACENT VALLEYS
  THIS MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...5 TO 10 INCHES ABOVE 8000 FEET. 2 TO 5
  INCHES BELOW 8000 FEET.

* SNOW LEVEL...RISING TO 8000 FEET BY MID AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES IN SNOW.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE SLICK AND SLUSH OR SNOW COVERED AT TIMES
  OVER MOUNTAIN PASSES...ESPECIALLY DURING THE MORNING HOURS.
