* TIMING...WIDESPREAD SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE TODAY THEN GRADUALLY
  DECREASE TONIGHT. SNOWFALL WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...5 TO 10 INCHES. LESSER ACCUMULATIONS BELOW
  9000 FEET.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH AT MOUNTAINTOP LEVEL
  WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHEAST AND NORTH THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...ROADS OVER THE HIGHER MOUNTAIN PASSES WILL BE SLUSHY
  OR SNOW COVERED AT TIMES...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING
  CONDITIONS.
