NORTHWESTERN GEARY...NORTHERN DICKINSON...SOUTHERN CLAY...
SOUTHEASTERN OTTAWA...SOUTHWESTERN POTTAWATOMIE AND SOUTHERN RILEY
COUNTIES...

AT 1054 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTS THAT THE FLASH
FLOODING IS NO LONGER OCCURRING AND RUNOFF FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS
CONTINUES TO RECEDE. THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.

SOME COUNTY ROADS MAY CONTINUE TO HAVE STANDING WATER OVER THEM
THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. MOTORIST SHOULD USE CAUTION DRIVING IN
AREAS WHERE FLOODING HAD OCCURED.
