A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE OVER NORTH GEORGIA WHICH WILL MAKE IT
A BIT PROBLEMATIC IN THE SURFACE WIND FORECAST THIS MORNING...HOWEVER
WITH BEING ON THE LAKE SHORE...THERE SHOULD BE A SLIGHT OFF SHORE FLOW
EARLY THIS MORNING AS THE COOLER AIR WILL BE DRAINING OFF THE MOUNTAINS
AND ONTO THE LAKE. HOWEVER AS MIXING OCCURS...WINDS SHOULD BECOME SOUTH
SOUTHWEST AROUND 5 TO 8 MPH.

TRANSPORT WINDS WILL START SOUTH TO SOUTH SOUTHEAST AROUND 5 MPH EARLY
THIS MORNING...THEN AS MIXING HEIGHTS INCREASE...TRANSPORT WINDS SHOULD
BECOME SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 5 TO 10 MPH BY NOON AND CONTINUE INTO THE
AFTERNOON. AS MIXING HEIGHTS LOWER THIS EVENING...TRANSPORT WINDS
WILL BECOME SOUTH AROUND 5 MPH AROUND 8 PM.
