TODAY...UNDER SUNNY TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES...TEMPERATURES ACROSS
WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA SOARED INTO THE LOW TO UPPER
80S. WINDS WERE FROM THE SOUTH 5 TO 10 MILES PER HOUR DURING THE
MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS...BEFORE TURING TO THE WEST AT
15 TO 20 MILES PER HOURS. FINALLY...A FEW ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
BEGAN TO DEVELOP DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON ACROSS PORTIONS OF
EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN AND NORTHERN NEBRASKA.

TONIGHT...WITH THE EXCEPTION OF NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA WHERE PARTLY
CLOUDY SKIES ARE EXPECTED...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE REST OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA THIS EVENING. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER
40S OVER THE EASTERN PANHANDLE...LOW 50S OVER NORTHERN
NEBRASKA...SANDHILLS...AND SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE MID 50S
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. A FEW STORMS THIS EVENING COULD
BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE...WITH THE PRIMARY THREAT BEING LARGE HAIL
AND DAMAGING WINDS.
