VERY DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 15
PERCENT OR LESS WILL PRODUCE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
THESE WINDS MAY ALSO LEAD TO LOCAL VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS DUE TO
BLOWING DUST.
