MORNING...LASTING INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. IN
ADDITION...RECENT COLD FRONT PASSAGE HAS FORCED ALL MOISTURE TO
THE SOUTH AND MOISTURE RETURN SHOULD BE DELAYED UNTIL TUESDAY
NIGHT. THEREFORE...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED
TO DEVELOP. LOCATIONS WITHIN THE WATCH HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEE
