INTO THE REGION. IN ADDITION...DRIER AIR OVER COLORADO IS BEING
PULLED INTO THE REGION BY THE WINDS. THEREFORE...CRITICAL FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS HAVE DEVELOPED AND SHOULD CONTINUE INTO THE

* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 11 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY OUTDOOR FIRES SHOULD BE AVOIDED AS FIRES MAY
