FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1030 CDT ON APRIL 27.

SERVICE IN GREEN BAY.

.DISCUSSION...
A BLOCKING PATTERN WILL REMAIN IN PLACE AT UPPER LEVELS OF THE
ATMOSPHERE THROUGH THE WORK WEEK. AT LOW-LEVELS...DRY HIGH PRESSURE
FROM CANADA WILL RIDGE SOUTH INTO THE REGION. THIS WILL RESULT IN
LOW AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES...CRITICALLY LOW ON SOME AFTERNOONS.
THERE IS LITTLE CHANCE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN A FEW SPRINKLES
UNTIL FRIDAY. EARLY INDICATIONS ARE THAT WEATHER PATTERNS WILL
EVOLVE INTO A REGIME SOMEWHAT MORE FAVORABLE FOR PRECIPITATION
DURING THE UPCOMING WEEKEND...CONTINUING INTO NEXT WEEK.
