THE 27 TO 31 PERCENT RANGE...AND SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
INCREASE TODAY INTO SATURDAY.

THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF SPRINKLES LATE AFTERNOON...BUT THE NEXT
