WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN

MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES PREVAILED ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS AS TEMPERATURES ROSE INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 60S.
LOWER TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 50S WERE NOTED ALONG THE BAY OF
GREEN BAY AND THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE.

ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE RATHER TRANQUIL LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY
THIS EVENING...TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S...COMBINED WITH LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY...GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS AND DRY VEGETATION
SHOULD CREATE ELEVATED OR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS
THE REGION THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.

DRY AND WARM CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE END OF THE WORK
WEEK. HIGH TEMPERATURES BY FRIDAY ARE EXPECTED TO SOAR TO AROUND
70 DEGREES ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA AWAY FROM LAKE MICHIGAN. A WEAK
COLD FRONT WILL TRACK ACROSS THE REGION ON FRIDAY NIGHT...HOWEVER
THIS FRONT IS EXPECTED TO TRACK THROUGH WITHOUT ANY
PRECIPITATION. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL NOT BE UNTIL SUNDAY
AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY NIGHT.
