WHILE THE EASTERN HALF OF THE AREA HAS BEEN PARTLY CLOUDY...SKIES
FARTHER WEST HAVE BECOME MOSTLY CLOUDY TO OVERCAST. A FEW
SPRINKLES MAY HAVE BEGUN...BUT FOR NOW THE BULK OF RAINFALL EXISTS
TO THE SOUTH AND WEST OF THE AREA. TEMPERATURES RANGED
WIDELY...WITH A HANDFUL OF SPOTS NEAR THE LAKE STILL IN THE
40S...AND THE WARM SPOTS OF CENTRAL WISCONSIN GETTING JUST ABOVE
70.

A COMPLEX STORM SYSTEM ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS CONTINUES TO
MOVE INTO THE REGION. RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE THROUGH LATE
AFTERNOON...WITH A MORE STEADIER RAIN EXPECTED LATER ON TONIGHT...
AS THE SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH.

UNSETTLED CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THE
MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AS A SLOW MOVING UPPER LOW MOVES ACROSS THE
GREAT LAKES REGION. BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED
THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK...WITH EVEN THE POSSIBILITY OF SOME SNOW
AT TIMES DURING THE LATE NIGHT AND MORNING HOURS.
