WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN

DRY CONDITIONS PREVAILED ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE MID TO LATE
MORNING HOURS. SKIES BECAME MOSTLY SUNNY BY MID-MORNING.
TEMPERATURES AT 10 AM RANGED FROM THE MIDDLE 50S OVER NORTH-
CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 60S ACROSS CENTRAL AND
EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

A COLD FRONT WILL BECOME STATIONARY OVER NORTHERN ILLINOIS TODAY
AND CONTINUE TO BE THE FOCUS FOR ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS. HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN SECTIONS OF
THE GREAT LAKES TODAY INTO TONIGHT AND WILL KEEP NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN DRY.

THE STATIONARY FRONT IS FORECAST TO BEGIN SLOWLY LIFTING NORTH ON
TUESDAY AS A WARM FRONT AND BE THE FOCAL POINT FOR SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALF OF WISCONSIN.
NORTHERN SECTIONS OF THE STATE ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN DRY UNDER
INCREASING CLOUDS.

TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO RUN ABOVE NORMAL FOR MUCH OF THE
WEEK.
