CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN BEFORE DISSIPATING OVERNIGHT.
SKIES REMAINED CLOUDY AND TEMPERATURES WERE STILL MAINLY IN THE
30S AT 4 AM...RANGING FROM 35 DEGREES AT STEVENS POINT...TO 40 AT
OSHKOSH...GREEN BAY AND SHAWANO.

SKIES SHOULD BEGIN TO CLEAR TODAY BUT BLUSTERY EAST TO NORTHEAST
WINDS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF
YEAR. DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY PART OF NEXT
WEEK AND TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO WARM TO NEAR NORMAL BY
TUESDAY.
