A WEAK COLD FRONT PUSHED THROUGH THE REGION DURING THE OVERNIGHT
HOURS WITH ONLY SOME TRAILING CLOUDS MARKING ITS PASSAGE. LOW
TEMPERATURES GENERALLY RANGED FROM THE MIDDLE 30S TO MIDDLE 40S.

A CLOSED UPPER-LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO DROP
ALMOST DUE SOUTH INTO THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES THIS AFTERNOON. THE
COMBINATION OF DAYTIME HEATING AND COLD AIR ALOFT IN THE VICINITY
OF THE UPPER LOW...WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS OR EVEN A
THUNDERSTORM DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

THE SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY EVENING
HOURS AND THEN DISSIPATE UPON SUNSET. OTHERWISE...AN AREA OF HIGH
PRESSURE IS EXPECTED TO BUILD INTO THE REGION TONIGHT AND BRING
QUIET CONDITIONS UNDER PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES.

THIS AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE TO BE THE MAIN WEATHER FEATURE FOR
THURSDAY BRINGING MOSTLY SUNNY TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND NEAR
SEASONAL TEMPERATURES TO THE AREA.
