IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES JUST OFF THE ATLANTIC
COAST...WITH RIDGING EXTENDING BACK TO THE EASTERN LAKES...WILL
SHIFT EAST TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT TRAILING FROM LOW PRESSURE OVER
HUDSON BAY WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE LAKE BY MONDAY MORNING. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS ON
MONDAY MORNING WILL MOVE EAST TO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND
ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY THROUGH MID WEEK BEHIND THIS FRONT.
