FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES JUST SOUTH OF THE
LAKE WILL STALL ACROSS CENTRAL ILLINOIS AND INDIANA TONIGHT.
MEANWHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES TONIGHT AND TOMORROW. THIS HIGH WILL PERSIST
THROUGH TOMORROW EVENING BEFORE SHIFTING EAST ALLOWING THE FRONT
TO LIFT NORTHWARD LATE TOMORROW NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP IN THE UPPER PLAINS ON
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND ADVANCE TO CENTRAL ONTARIO BY FRIDAY MORNING.
THIS WILL STEER A WEAK COOL FRONT INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON
SATURDAY.
