WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES JUST OFF THE ATLANTIC
COAST WILL SHIFT EAST TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS THE
LAKE BY MONDAY MORNING. A HIGH OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL
PLAINS MONDAY MORNING WILL MOVE EAST TO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
AND ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY THROUGH MID WEEK BEHIND THIS FRONT.
