IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...
EXPANSIVE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS
QUEBEC TONIGHT WHILE A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES
APPROACHES FROM THE PLAINS. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP FROM THIS TROUGH ACROSS THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY BY MIDDAY
SUNDAY. THIS WILL MOVE TO LOWER MICHIGAN SUNDAY NIGHT AND DEEPEN
TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT DOES. BY MONDAY EVENING...THIS LOW WILL
CONSOLIDATE WITH ONE FROM THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES OVER
EASTERN ONTARIO. THIS LOW WILL BE SLOW TO DEPART THE
REGION...LIKELY REMAINING JUST NORTH OR NORTHEAST OF THE GREAT
LAKES REGION INTO WEDNESDAY.
