FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.4 INCHES EXTENDS
FROM HUDSON BAY SOUTH TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES. THIS LOW WILL
TRACK EAST TO MAINE AND NOVA SCOTIA BY FRIDAY. A RIDGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES EXTENDING FROM SASKATCHEWAN SOUTH
TO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL MOVE EAST TO THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...THEN CONTINUE GRADUALLY EAST ACROSS THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4
INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS FRIDAY BEFORE
MOVING EAST INTO THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY SATURDAY EVENING.
