.YESTERDAY...

HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT LAKES REGION BROUGHT QUIET CONDITIONS
AND MILD TEMPERATURES. UNDER PARTLY SUNNY SKIES...AFTERNOON HIGHS
CLIMBED INTO THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 60S. THE EXCEPTION WAS ALONG LAKE
MICHIGAN...WHERE AN EASTERLY LAKE BREEZE KEPT TEMPERATURES IN THE
UPPER 50S. VERY DRY CONDITIONS PREVAILED...WITH AFTERNOON RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE TEENS TO THE LOWER 20S AWAY FROM THE LAKE.
WINDS WERE LIGHT AND VARIABLE.

.OVERNIGHT...

LIGHT WINDS AND MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES WITH HIGH PRESSURE OVERHEAD LED
TO COOL TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT. LOWS WERE GENERALLY IN THE 30S
ACROSS THE STATE... EXCEPT 40S IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.FORECAST...

GUSTY SOUTHEAST EAST WINDS...WARM TEMPERATURES...AND VERY LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL PREVAIL TODAY WELL AWAY FROM LAKE MICHIGAN. A
RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE WEST HALF OF WISCONSIN FOR
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL BE IN
THE 60S INLAND FROM LAKE MICHIGAN.

A WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL CLOUDS TO WISCONSIN TONIGHT INTO
THURSDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN PREVAIL THROUGH FRIDAY
WITH CONTINUED WARM TEMPERATURES AHEAD OF A WEAK COLD FRONT. THERE
ARE SLIGHT CHANCES OF SHOWERS WITH THE FRONTAL PASSAGE ON FRIDAY.
HIGH PRESSURE AND COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL FOLLOW FOR SATURDAY.
THERE IS A CHANCE FOR RAIN SHOWERS ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
