.YESTERDAY...

HIGH PRESSURE WAS LOCATED SOUTH OF THE AREA...WITH A LOW PRESSURE
TROUGH TO THE NORTHWEST. CLOUDS INCREASED FROM WEST TO EAST
THROUGH THE DAY...WITH A FEW SHOWERS IN WESTERN WISCONSIN DURING
THE AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WERE MILD...WITH HIGHS MOSTLY IN THE
60S TO AROUND 70. COOLER CONDITIONS PREVAILED NEAR THE GREAT
LAKES.

.OVERNIGHT...

AN AREA OF MIDDLE LEVEL CLOUDS REMAINED OVER MOST OF
WISCONSIN...AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE MOVED THROUGH. SOME BREAKS
WERE NOTED LATER IN THE NIGHT ACROSS NORTHERN AND WESTERN
WISCONSIN. TEMPERATURES SO FAR RANGED FROM THE UPPER 30S ACROSS
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN...TO THE MID 50S ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN.

.FORECAST...

SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BRING WARMER TEMPERATURES INTO THE
REGION TODAY...AS SKIES BECOME PARTLY SUNNY. A PASSING TROUGH OF
LOW PRESSURE MAY BRING A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER TO SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS LATER TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.
BRISK SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO BRING WELL ABOVE
NORMAL TEMPERATURES INTO THE REGION FOR SUNDAY.

A COLD FRONT THEN WILL SLIDE SOUTHEAST INTO THE REGION
SUNDAY...SLIDING FURTHER SOUTH INTO NORTHERN ILLINOIS ON MONDAY.
THE FRONT WILL BRING A ROUND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO
NORTHERN WISCONSIN SUNDAY...THEN CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WISCONSIN
AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS SUNDAY NIGHT...WITH FAR SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS ON MONDAY. MILD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED ON
MONDAY.
