* TIDAL ANOMALY...ONE AND A HALF TO TWO FEET.

* TIMING...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING IS CURRENTLY OCCURRING WITH THIS
  HIGH TIDE CYCLE. THE WATERS ARE EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY RECEDE AND
  DROP BELOW MINOR COASTAL FLOODING BY 2 AM.

* EXPECTED IMPACTS...MINOR TIDAL INUNDATION IN SENSITIVE
  LOCATIONS.
