...HEAVY RAIN MAY PRODUCE AREAS OF FLOODING THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT...

.ABNORMALLY HIGH AMOUNTS OF MOISTURE COMBINED WITH STRONG LIFT
WILL GENERATE WIDESPREAD RAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. RAIN
WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON INTO LATE THIS EVENING. THIS
RAIN WILL FALL ON THE ALREADY MOIST GROUND...WHICH WILL RESULT IN
MODERATE TO HEAVY RUNOFF. THEREFORE THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY OF
FLOODING...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE BLUE RIDGE.

  CENTRAL VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN SOUTHWEST
  VIRGINIA...CRAIG. IN WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA... ALLEGHANY VIRGINIA AND
  BATH.

* THROUGH LATE TONIGHT

* ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS IS POSSIBLE WHERE THE
  HEAVIEST RAIN FALLS. INUNDATION OF FLOOD PRONE OR LOW LYING
