  HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM MILLER TO 4 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF SONORA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...ROGERS...BELLA VISTA...WAR EAGLE...HOBBS STATE PARK...
