WINDS WILL BE FROM THE NORTHEAST 5-10 MPH EARLY THIS MORNING
AND THEN SHOULD GRADUALLY SHIFT MORE NORTH TO NORTHWESTERLY
AS MIXING TAKES PLACE. FAVORABLE MIXING HEIGHTS TODAY OVER
5000 FT WITH MIN RH VALUES FALLING TO AROUND 30 PERCENT.
TRANSPORT WINDS GENERALLY FROM THE NORTHWEST AROUND 10 TO
