.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BE JUST OFF TO THE EAST
THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL PROVIDE LIGHT EAST TO SOUTHEAST
WINDS OVER THE INCIDENT AREA. WINDS WILL MAINLY BE THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON WITH CLEAR SKIES. A FEW HIGH CLOUDS WILL BEGIN TO MOVE
INTO THE AREA BY THE LATE AFTERNOON. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL
FALL INTO THE LOWER 20S BY THE LATE AFTERNOON BUT WILL RECOVER
TONIGHT AS MOIST SOUTHERLY FLOW MOVES INTO THE AREA. WITH THIS
WILL BE A WET PERIOD OF RAINFALL FOR THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
FRIDAY.
