.DISCUSSION...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE EAST OF THE PROJECT TODAY, BUT
MOIST UPSLOPE FLOW WILL KEEP A CHANCE OF RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS IN THE
FORECAST. A STRONGER SYSTEM WILL MOVE IN TONIGHT AND SATURDAY. WHILE
MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL BE SOUTH OF THE PROJECT, WE SHOULD SEE
SOME RAIN AND SNOW, AND LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE. LIGHT
WEST WINDS SHOULD PREVAIL THROUGHOUT THE FORECAST PERIOD, AND
HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE MODERATE TO HIGH, ESPECIALLY TONIGHT AND
SATURDAY.
