WARREN AND MORRIS COUNTIES. REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY AND
SLICK SPOTS ARE POSSIBLE ON UNTREATED ROAD SURFACES AND SIDEWALKS.
SOME SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN CARBON, MONROE
