...THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER FOR PARTS OF THE
SOUTHERN OHIO VALLEY/TENNESSEE VALLEY/SOUTHEAST...

...TEMPERATURES WILL BE 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE OVER PARTS
OF THE MIDDLE MISSOURI VALLEY/OHIO VALLEY AND THE
MID-ATLANTIC/NORTHEAST...

A WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL
MOVE EASTWARD OFF THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST BY SUNDAY EVENING.  THE
SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE RAIN OVER PARTS OF THE MIDDLE
MISSOURI/MISSISSIPPI VALLEYS INTO THE OHIO VALLEY THAT WILL MOVE
EASTWARD INTO THE MID-ATLANTIC BY SATURDAY EVENING AND DEPARTING
THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST BY SUNDAY EVENING.  SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE OHIO VALLEY/SOUTHEAST
AND THE MIDDLE/LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY/WESTERN GULF COAST
BECOMING LIMITED TO PARTS OF THE SOUTHEAST BY SUNDAY EVENING.

MEANWHILE, UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST WILL MOVE
SOUTHEASTWARD TO THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES WHILE FORMING A CLOSED LOW
BY SUNDAY.  THE BROAD ENERGY WILL AID IN PRODUCING COASTAL AND
LOWER ELEVATION RAIN AND HIGHER ELEVATION SNOW OVER PARTS OF THE
PACIFIC NORTHWEST TO NORTHERN/CENTRAL CALIFORNIA AND PARTS OF THE
GREAT BASIN THROUGH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT.  SNOW AND LOWER ELEVATION
RAIN WILL ALSO DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES
AND THE SOUTHWEST/GREAT BASIN THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING.  RAIN WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS AND EXPAND INTO CENTRAL HIGH
PLAINS SATURDAY EVENING INTO SUNDAY.  AS THE ENERGY MOVES TO THE
SOUTHERN ROCKIES, SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER
PARTS OF THE SOUTHERN PLAINS BY SUNDAY EVENING.  IN ADDITION, AN
APPROACHING PACIFIC FRONT WILL RETURN RAIN TO PARTS OF THE PACIFIC
NORTHWEST COAST BY SUNDAY EVENING.
