ACROSS THE AREA TODAY UNDER PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. HIGH TEMPERATURES
WILL BE IN THE 50S. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO 20 TO 30
PERCENT...LOWEST VALUES FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA. NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 30 MPH LATE
THIS MORNING...STRONGEST WINDS FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTH CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA...WHERE GUSTS TO AROUND 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED.

BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE
RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
