SKIES WERE PARTLY TO OCCASIONALLY MOSTLY CLOUDY OVERNIGHT WITH
JUST SOME LINGERING ISOLATED RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.
OVERNIGHT LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID 30S TO LOWER 40S
OVER HIGHER ELEVATIONS OVER THE NORTH AND OVER THE WESTERN
HIGHLANDS AND SOUTHWEST MOUNTAINS TO THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S OVER
THE LOWER RIO GRANDE RIVER VALLEY AND SAN JUAN BASIN AND OVER THE
NORTHEAST TO EASTERN PLAINS. THE SOUTHEAST PLAINS SAW OVERNIGHT
LOWS IN THE MID TO UPPER 50S.

AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE AREA LOCATED OVER SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
THIS MORNING WILL MOVE SLOWLY EASTWARD. LIFT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
LOW COMBINED WITH INCREASING MOISTURE AND DIURNAL HEATING WILL INITIATE
ANOTHER ROUND OF SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
OVER THE LAND OF ENCHANTMENT TODAY. HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND LOCALIZED
FLOODING ARE POSSIBLE WITH SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS AS WELL AS
LARGE HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS WITH THE CHANCE OF A FEW
SEVERE STORMS OVER THE EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST PLAINS. SMALL
HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE ELSEWHERE. AFTERNOON HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY
WILL RANGE FROM THE 50S TO 60S OVER HIGHER ELEVATIONS TO THE 70S
TO LOWER 80S OVER THE LOWER ELEVATIONS.
