...WINDY CONDITIONS THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING...

NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO BE 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUST UP TO
35 TO 40 MPH AND POSSIBLY 45 MPH. THESE STRONG WINDS WILL
CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS AND COULD MAKE DRIVING
DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DIMINISH EARLY THIS EVENING.
