LUDINGTON LIGHT TO THE WHITE LAKE PIERHEADS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
KNOTS.

  HAZARD...SMALL HAIL.

  IMPACT...DANGEROUS CONDITIONS ABOVE DECK.
