HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GRAND RAPIDS MI
1044 PM EDT WED MAR 11 2015

...Water levels are high or forecast to have significant rises for
the following rivers or creeks:  Red Cedar at Williamston...East
Lansing...
.Mainly dry weather is expected over the next week... with only
small chances for precipitation Friday night into Saturday. Highs
will push into the lower to mid 50s on Thursday and Friday with
abundant sunshine. Most... if not all of the snowpack will be gone
by the end of the weekend. Snow melt will continue to add to rises
on area rivers. The following forecast is based on observed and
forecast 24 hour precipitation.

For the Red Cedar River Above Williamston... the latest stage was 5.4
feet at 10 PM Wednesday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum
stage forecasted is 7.3 feet Sunday morning.  Flood stage is 9.0
feet.  At 7.0 feet... River is bankfull. Overflow begins in low lying
areas adjacent to the river.

For the Red Cedar River At East Lansing... the latest stage was 4.0
feet at 10 PM Wednesday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum
stage forecasted is 6.0 feet Saturday evening.  Flood stage is 7.0
feet.  At 6.0 feet... River reaches bankfull and low lying areas
flood.

Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
