WISCONSIN AS CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS CENTERED NORTH OF
LAKE SUPERIOR. DEEP MIXING TO AROUND 6000 FT AND THE DRY AIRMASS
OUT OF THE HIGH WILL ONCE AGAIN DROP AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES INTO THE
20 TO 25 PERCENT RANGE AT THE BURN SITE. PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL
REMAIN ON THE WEAK SIDE...WITH WINDS MOSTLY NORTH AT 5 TO 10 MPH
TODAY. A BIT MORE WIND IN THE UPPER PORTIONS OF THE MIXED LAYER
THIS AFTERNOON...SO MAY SEE SOME GUSTS 10-15 MPH AT TIMES DURING
THE WARMEST PART OF THE AFTERNOON. LIGHT/VARIABLE OR CALM WINDS AND
CLEAR SKIES TONIGHT WILL ALLOW FOR STRONG RADIATIONAL COOLING...
