CREATE PERIODS OF SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS OVER THE FAR
OFFSHORE OPEN WATERS THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. PERIODS OF SUSTAINED
WINDS OF 20 KNOTS OR MORE WITH HIGHER GUSTS AND SEAS FROM 6 TO 8 FEET
ARE ANTICIPATED. CLOSER TO SHORE AND OVER THE BAYS AND COASTAL WATER
WAYS SMALL CRAFT SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION AS WINDS WILL REACH
SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF 15 TO 20 KNOTS.
