* SEAS: WEST SWELL AND NORTH WIND WAVES WILL COMBINE TO PRODUCE
  SEAS OF 5 TO 9 FEET THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.

* WINDS: NORTH 10 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 KT THROUGH MONDAY
  EVENING. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST IN THE OUTER PORTION OF THE
  WATERS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.
