SOUTHERN MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON...

.SUSTAINED NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO BETWEEN 25 AND 30 MPH
WITH FREQUENT GUSTS NEAR 45 MPH FOR MUCH OF WESTERN AND SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA TODAY. A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 6 PM
CDT TODAY FOR LOCATIONS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND SOUTHWEST OF A
LINE FROM GLENWOOD TO NEW LONDON TO GAYLORD TO LE CENTER TO
OWATONNA.

THESE STRONG WINDS WILL LEAD TO DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...ESPECIALLY WHEN TRAVELING ALONG NORTH
SOUTH ROADS. IN ADDITION...ANY LIGHT WEIGHT OUTDOOR ITEMS WILL BE
