FORECAST TO DEVELOP ALONG AND NORTH OF A COLD FRONT WHICH WILL BE
MOVING SOUTHWARD ACROSS TEXAS.

ACROSS THE NORTHEAST, A SLOW-MOVING UPPER-LEVEL LOW WILL KEEP
BELOW AVERAGE TEMPERATURES AND MOIST CONDITIONS IN PLACE. HIGH
TEMPERATURES THROUGH MONDAY WILL BE 5 TO 10 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE.
